Hon. Deng Kenjok serves as Chairperson of the NSIF Board of Trustees in his capacity as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour. He provides leadership to the Board and ensures the Fund's mandate is fulfilled in accordance with the National Social Insurance Fund Act.

Executive Management
The Executive Management is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Fund, translating the strategic direction set by the Board of Trustees into operational programs and services for members across South Sudan.
Hon. Reech Ring Bol
Managing Director
Hon. Reech Ring Bol serves as Managing Director of the National Social Insurance Fund and Secretary to the Board of Trustees. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Fund, implementing the Board's strategic decisions, and ensuring service delivery to members across South Sudan.
